My GolfSimplified instruction team are traveling this week to South Carolina. I am fortunate to visit a private life style plantation community, Brays, and hold a 3 day school for the members, my 12 th year in a row. Mike Ingram the Director of Golf is a great partner, and I am happy to visit the ‘founder’, who first invited me there 13 years ago, Mr Chuck Rubin. Close friends Bill and Lainey Lortz are my hosts and have attended all 12 schools. Boy, are they faithful to my GolfSimplified instruction. Tip of the week: After taking only 12 putts over 9 holes recently, this has to be a putting tip! I focused on making sure, and double check that my putter face was aimed on the chosen line. I pick the line of my read, aim the line on the ball, aim the putter face square and on- line. Then I trust that line and focus on stroking the ball with good rythmn and at the correct speed.
